Clinics using MedicaPH are responsible for collecting appropriate patient consent, managing staff access, and using the system in accordance with applicable privacy and professional obligations.
MedicaPH uses role-based access so clinic staff only see the information needed for their role. Actions may be audit logged to support accountability.
MedicaPH should not be used for emergency care or as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
